A two-hour session at your space, or on video if the distance says so: the studio assesses the rooms, discusses the vision, and delivers a written design brief with mood boards, material recommendations, and a budget framework within two weeks.
The percentage is applied to your total project budget (furniture, materials, contractor work). For a $500K project, the design fee would be $75K–$100K. This covers all design work, procurement management, and installation oversight.
The tiers are designed to stack. Start with a Consultation to see the direction, then move to Full Service once the scope is clear — the consultation fee credits toward the higher tier.
Yes. For Full Service and Bespoke engagements, payments are structured in phases aligned with project milestones — 30% at kickoff, 40% at procurement, 30% at installation.
Every engagement starts with a detailed written proposal. Scope changes happen, and any adjustment is discussed and priced in writing before the work proceeds — never on an invoice you did not see coming.
