What we do
Every project is quoted by phase, so you know what each stage covers before it starts.
Space, light and proportion settled before a single piece is specified. This is the stage where a room stops fighting you.
Furniture, joinery and textiles made to the room’s dimensions — rather than the other way around.
One point of contact for contractors, orders and dates, from first drawing to install day.
Fees, phases and inclusions are itemised on the pricing page.

The standard
A room has to work at seven in the morning and again at eleven at night. We design the daylight and the lighting together.
Process
The same sequence on every project. The weeks are written down before anything is ordered, so you always know where the work stands.
Read the full processEvery engagement opens on your lifestyle, your aspirations and how you actually use your space: a site visit, a walk through the light at the hours you live in, and an honest conversation about what the project has to achieve.
Spatial planning, material palettes, and design direction come together in a comprehensive presentation. You see the vision before a single wall is touched.
Every specification is finalized — furniture, finishes, fixtures, and custom millwork. Detailed drawings and schedules guide the build.
The studio places the orders, tracks every piece to the workshop or the dealer, and inspects it on arrival. Availability and lead times are confirmed in writing before anything is ordered.
The reveal. Every piece is placed, hung and styled, and the rooms are walked together until each one is right. The punch list is closed before the studio leaves the house.
Your first project
Nothing is booked and nothing is invoiced until you have a written proposal in your hand. Four steps, and the studio is in every one of them.
What each step costsYou describe the space, the budget and the dates. The studio says plainly whether it is a fit, and what it would take.
Two hours in your space — or on video — then a written brief, a material direction and a budget framework. The fee comes off the full-service fee if you continue.
Scope, phase durations, the fee line and the dates. Nothing is booked and nothing is invoiced until you have it in writing.
The survey: measured plan, light study, and the first phase scheduled against the calendar you were given.
Full service is charged at 15–20% of the project budget, quoted in writing before it is booked. The consultation fee comes off it in full if you continue.
The record
Its own work, its own process and its own prices — the things a client needs in order to decide. No client names, no testimonials, no awards: there is no record of those to point at, so they are not written here. What is written here can be counted.
Read the record rather than the rhetoric: eight sample briefs, five phase durations and a fee structure that says how the money works before you ask.

Sample briefs published in full
The studio’s own written work — scope, area, materials and phases. Not client commissions, and no photograph shows built work.
Full service is charged at 15–20% of the project budget — on a $500K project that is $75,000–$100,000 in design fees. A two-week design consultation is a flat $5,000, credited in full against full service if you continue.
The five phase durations above are the schedule: one to two weeks of discovery, then three to four, four to eight, eight to sixteen and one to two. The studio publishes the phases and not a total — it does not build, so the calendar runs on the contractor’s programme as much as the studio’s — and the dates go into the proposal in writing, phase by phase, before anything is booked.
The studio does not build. Every commission runs alongside a vetted general contractor, and the design side is managed here — from space planning and material specification through on-site observation and the install.
Yes. You choose from curated options at every phase. The job is to narrow the field so each decision feels confident rather than overwhelming.
No — they are the studio’s own sample briefs, written up end to end. It publishes no client names, no testimonials and no photographs of built work, because there is no record of those to show. What it does publish is how it works and what it charges.
